Write a one-page essay on the topic of investing in real assets -- would you recommend including any real assets in a balanced portfolio? If so, which asset(s) would you include and why?

Well,

Real assets as the name suggests the real physical assets which can be seened.

This include real estate, precious metals ,land, equipments, energy and power.

Including any type of real assets will always create a strong portfolio because this assets can be more dependable than equities.

In my personal opinion ,Investing in real assets is a good thing particularly in real estate because ,may be sometimes real estate values go up and down, but it will always have a good value.

I am not a good supporter of investing in gold or any other precious metals because the price of these commodities are high volatile which may sometimes bring high risk.
