Considering International Company it should Have Expertise of Product as well as Technical Expertise in which ever sector they are Participate.

2)Geographic expertise:

Geographic can be particular area related to the country and regions in which company operates and based on which it should be expert in that area which will be useful for Expansion.

3)Customer expertise:

While structuring Company as International it should be have understanding about their Customer ,Their Client Groups, Industries,Market Segments or population groups in Boundaries the Company Operates

4)Functional expertise:

Functional of the company are various function of the company that is also known as the value chain activities that the company involves to provide for the customer based on which they are getting Revenues.
