Answer #1

Answer to the Question :-

Power is the capacity that compels others to act, behave or take decision as per ones wish. An individual gets the power as a result of organizational hierarchy, knowledge and competency.

Influence is the ability to convince others to act with positive attitude with a team spirit.

Influence tactics is when an individual persuades others for a specific objective with proper explanation and thoughts rather than exerting power and that too with a positive influential belief.

Relation of three in leadership-

To become a good leader one need to have influencing ability so as to achieve the objective. As it is said a good leader is one who accomplishes the target along with team satisfaction which can be achieved only through positive attitude towards team and objective as a whole rather exerting power.
