1. one perosn should make a fee slip to be paid by the students at the end of each month quarter annually as per the provisions of the mancosa

2. second person should count the money given by students at the time of submission of fees by students

3. last individual should give the fee receipt tothe student paying fees stating the arrears, advanced and other relevent information
