a) An angel investor is usally a family or friend which contributes the initial seed investment. It is usually provided during the start of the venture. The angel investors is usually a one-time investment to help the business propel or an ongoing injection of money to support and carry the company through its difficult early stages.

b)Venture capital provide investment when the startup has been operational for some time. They provide investment when the startup wants to expand but does not have access to equity markets as it is realtively unknown.

c)SEO is seconday equity offering or shares sold by the already public company. It may be equity sold by existing share holders which is non dilutive or equity newly issued that is dilutive.
