Amazon dividend policy : Amazon does not pay dividends on it's stock. So, there is no such dividend distribution policy.

EBay dividend policy : EBay has recently started to pay dividends @14% on it's stock. Earlier EBay also were not paying dividends on it's stock. Company faced pressure from hedged fund investors to boost shareholder's return. Due to this company started to pay dividends. Company has also planned to return about 7 billion to shareholder's through dividends and buybacks.
