- Working in such a company will require a degree

- The grades has to be A+ as sich companies demands a high grades

- The technical skills are good to know. One should have this skill to excel in the workplace.

- Prior experience would be an added advantage, if possible.

- Any research or publication the applicant has went through. This proves that one is acedemically inclined.

- Work ethics ofthe applicant. Due to increasing corporate fraud, ethicas are given much importance.
