Answer #1

As the head of the project division I am responsible for taking the best possible decision without any personal interest. In this situation I have taken the best decision however due to personal connects the decision of selecting the machine from my brother’s company should have been approved by the superiors. This is because there should have been a disclosure of personal interest which is present in this situation. The analysis and comparison as well as the basis for taking the decision should be presented to the superiors in order to display that the decision has been made in the best interests of the company and not in personal interest.
