Cultural training is given with the core idea that when different types of people with different cultural background come at one place to work together, they are able to accept each other difference in opinion, their beliefs and the work environment is such that it is productive and happy for everyone. In the world of globalization, where the movement of labor across the world is happening, it is very important that people working together are able to accept the differences in the each others cultural background. Cultural training is different from other training in the sense that it not just enahances your ability to accept differences of opinion, but it also creates free flow of ideas across the team.

There is no single method of training better than one method. The idea behind providing training is what is the your requirement, what do we want to achieve by providing training, what is the objective behind this? Do we want to increase efficiency in handling the equipment, do we want to train them for future, do we want to train them to handle work related stress? It all depends on the objective of the training, what do we want to achieve. For different types of requirement we need to provide different types of training.
