1) Liberalisation of tax policies, so that more money inflow can take place in united state

2) globalisation of united state product to different markets of other countries so as to increase revenue to boost social welfare schemes.

3) Allowing foreign investors, to invest more money into united states that can help solving social security problems.

4) private equity, merger & acquisition, joint ventures, raising funds through venture capitalists etc. can also help united states to solve social security issues.
