Meeting participants have to be selected on the basis of their requirement for meeting in concurence with the agenda of the meeting. The process od identification and selection of participants may include the following:

• Sufficient knowledge of the area or agenda of the meeting.
• Requirement as per the rules of the organization
• Skills and analysis ability of the individuals
• Appropriate interpersonal, organisational and management skills
• An appropriate set of values and ethics.

The notification of the meeting is important and shall be done with sufficient notice to the participants. It can be done using the following process:

• Internal memo could be sent for the participants and can be asked to sign as a proof of receiving memo
• Emails or sms could be sent for the same
• Telephone calls can be made if there is urgency
