Answer #1

1) In modern days it has been a practice to share trials of court in social media via Twitter, Facebook. Also media has taken a turn in case of implementing justice to people. There can be either two way or one way communication through media, one which accepts feedback and the other which broadcasts live trial to public. Thus media has been acting as an important role in delivering justice as people are able to provide feedback to the trial even before charges are filed.

However media does impact negatively in implementing justice as it creates a barrier in producing the materials of the case for implementing justice to trial and depends majorly on the feedback of people.

2) It is not fair and ethical for companies (specially MNC ) to minimize by interpreting their tax payments. A company has a social obligation to pay tax and it cannot avoid to pay its share of tax. This impacts aggressively while using financial instruments in case of tax planning. Although it cannot be termed as illegal but it cannot be taken in the right spirit to avoid paying of tax by companies.

3) It is against ethics for the same company to force customers and employees to act in conformity with each other in terms of lifestyle held by less than 1% of population. Every person has different upbringings and they have their own choices in regard to tastes and preferences. So it is not right for an individual to be dominated in regard to use of their own tastes and preferences in terms of buying of goods and services.

4) It is possible for company and its employees to act ethically by use of professional guidelines and organizational policies so that there is a rule for everyone to work in the desired manner and as per the guidelines laid in an organization. Thus the decisions made would be in line to code of ethics. These will remove all complexities in administering of tasks laid as per governance of policies and in the desired and uniform manner.
