{Total number of outcomes = Number of outcomes in dice 1 * Number of outcomes in dice 2 = 6 * 6 = 36)

Number of favorable outcomes --> (1,1) (2,2) (3,3) (4,4) (5,5) (6,6) -->6 favorable outcomes

Hence probability = 6/36 = 1/6
