Homework Answers

Answer #1

The analysts have an average price target of $200 which is more or less the same as the current share price. Analysts like Morgan Stanley and Bank of America maintain their overweight status on one hand whereas as HSBC have downgraded the stock. Most analysts believe the company will have reduced sales from competition in countries like China which will lower its revenues . Analysts however believe that US sales will continue to be strong. Hence on a scale of 1 to 5, the recommendation rating is 2.2 (from Yahoo Finance!)
