Perpetual inventory system which is adopted for larger business in which there are large number of input item used in the manufacturing process.this type of inventory management will be continuously updating the records and it will be providing up to date inventory information, and lowering the physical count. Perpetual inventory is a method for accounting of inventory that will record sale and purchase of inventory throughout the use of computerized point of sale systems and Enterprise Asset Management software.

So, This type of business where inventory system will be used like there would be higher inputs in the manufacturing process would be perpetual inventory system.
