The negotiations in each country differ from the other. Bullfighting is considered a great sport and respected by the spanish people. It would be better if the US salesman has researched about bullfighting and does not pass any negative comments on the sport. Because there are inter cultural differences that both the parties should respect and the negotiations shall proceed accordingly. the culture in spain is much more relaxed and informal. To make the situation a win win situation what is necessary is to adapt to the culture build an interpersonal relationship. show involvement in their culture and try to build bonds.
