For a social networking website, the main resources are human resources, so the business should be located in the area where there is good supply of talented and qualified human resources such as coders, marketing people and managers. This issue is of utmost importance as salary payments are generally one of the biggest expenses incurred by online businesses and thus, it needs to be ensured that the firm is able to get the best possible talent for the price.
