Visual Aids- These are the modes through which you can look at any information or data. For example; map, slides, pictures, film etc.

Visual aids in sales presentation- We use these visual aids in our sales presentation:

PPT- Power point presentation is the most common form of visual aid. This is a available in Microsoft office. Presentation is made on the slides, you can use different types of font size, pictures, videos, graph, border, background and many more other features. PPT presentation is more effective way to deliver your thoughts in the office.

Whiteboard- This is also one of the visual aids on which you can write the information and numbers. you can use colourful marker pens on the white board, any unused information can be rubbed. Whiteboard is available in most of the offices, schools and colleges. Whiteboard presentation is cheaper than ppt.

Handouts- These are the paper cuttings on which some important points of presentation are mentioned and these handouts are distributed to the audience. This process is an old mode of presentation and takes more time in distributing the papers but it does not require any plug and power connection.
