Answer #1

claiming insurance is not easy , No fault insurance is when you are not at fault in accident and you got some serious injury so by giving details and statements of accident you can claim the insurance , but if you have got minor injuries so you can not claim no fault insurance for covering the minor damages instead you can claim personal insurance protection.

For getting the accidental coverage following steps must be taken

  • Filing FIR and obtaining charge sheet from police
  • visit a accidental claim lawyer in order to file a case with the jurisdiction where accident occurred

If you have not suffered serious injury than you can cover your medical bills from personal insurance protection(PIP).
