What is the value of a HR Certification for a potential candidate with and without a degree?
I would assume that the question is about importance of a degree. I have hired few candidates, degree has been a criteria in big bultinantional organizations. Most of the softwares are designed in such a way that helps hiring team to funnel out the candidates. One of the criteria is candidates without degree.
A candidate who is talented but without degree can either aproach directly the manager who is hiring rather than contacting HR Team.
Another possible approach is to look for jobs in organziation who value skills over degree.
Also, one can look for opportunites in startup and smaller organzaitions which have the potential to grow big.
