Business model refers to the plan regarding how the operation of a company shall be carried out efficiently and effectively ,plan to find out the main sources of revenue , the target customers ,the suppliers to be used , the goods or services to be provided and the type of employees to be utilised.

Business model needs to be decided in advance before starting any business before for ny successful execution of the business, for maximum profitability of business and optimum utilisation of resources
