Homework Answers

Answer #1

Lewis will be able to recover his automobile from Yount as per contract of law. According to contract of law, a contract is valid when facts are represented and a contact becomes void when facts are misrepresented.

In the given case, Yount has involved in an act of deliberate theft and has involved in an act of fraudulent sale. In addition to this Yount will not be having the original papers of the vehicle which can make the contact strong. Hence Lewis can recover the automobile from Turner.
