Employer will undermine the union by insertion of a clause in the contract of employment which is known as De-authorisation and this clause will be helpful as they will be trying to state that employees are not going to join any Trade union and that will be reducing the effectiveness of these trade unions as employees are not supporting them with large numbers.It can Lead to loss of jobs and other benefits if they are going to join the union.

Union can overcome these barriers by properly raising it through appropriate authorities and they will be trying to force the management in order to eliminate all the clauses from the employment because it will violating the principal concept of equity and expression.
