Moral statement : It is a statement asserting that an action is right or wrong or something like whether the motive of person is good or bad.
Following is an example of moral statement :
Shooting someone just for bumping into you is morally impermissible

Ordinary factual statement are what philosophers call analytic statement.These type of statement are held to be true and can not be argued as they are undeniable truths. An example is " All bachelors are unmarried"

Moral statement provides way to behave however they are not always true. This is how they differ most from ordinary factual statements
