Do you feel that Pax World’s sustainable investing approach is a better approach than their interpretation of socially responsible investing (SRI)? Why or why not?
In my opinion, Pax World's sustainable investing approach is a better approach than the socially responsible investing approach. Because this approach considers investments which help in sustainable development. This approach integrates three factors- environment, social and governance into analysis of investments and decision making. While socially responsible investing approach was about what not to invest in, the sustainable investing approach talks about what should be invested in.
