Answer #1

Due to their inherent nature and interdependency, there are bound to be several issues between production and marketing department. Some of these problems include lack of feedback. If the marketing department is not proactive in providing appropriate feedback to the production department, they may not be in position to change products accordingly. There may be issues related to apparent authority as well. Production department may feel bullied by the marketing department which is generally closely associated with the market. Their incessant communication to the production department may be taken as the violation of corporate code of conduct.
