  1. Middle management undermined the quality circle movement.
  2. The process was not adequately supported by management.
  3. The process was not maintained.
  4. Managers put daily quotas ahead of quality output.
  5. The process was not made part of the management system.
  6. Lack of proper recognition.
  7. Used to cut head count.
  8. Poor use of quality circle recommendations

Form past organizations, what I have seen majorly happen is the below:

  1. Middle management undermined the quality circle movement.
  2. The process was not made part of the management system.
  3. Lack of proper recognition.
  4. Used to cut head count.
  5. Poor use of quality circle recommendations

If situations got worse only solution left is having strikes.
