the ntrepreneurial spirit is the never to die attitide. An entreprenuer has to sail yhrough any kind of tought times his company/enterprise is facing. He needs to be the role model for the rest of the team members as well.

The qualties and skills needed to be successful are social skills so that an entreprenuer can work together and motivate a team to stay together and focus on companu goals .  He needs to be headstrong, and keep going even in the times of hardship and trouble. He needs to be creative and also needs to have practical skills, so that he can solve the real time problems existing in the organisation. he also needs to be fair and conduct his work in a fir and ethical manner.

Ig a entrepremuer is not a good listerner he might not be successful in the long run, as he needs to be a patient lostener and guide his employees and listen to their feedbakc and implement it for the successful running of the organisation. As a good organisatuon always has happy and employess that gain professional satisfaction at work. If an entrepenuer is not possessing good negotiation skills, he might not be able to resolve disputes between the emplyees as well as external disputes with the creditors or the suppliers.
