Homework Answers

Answer #1

Good managers are the ones who can deliver the targets with the support of their teams. They cannot manage everything but they can manage many of the issues at hand. They can equip their team members to manage different situations and tasks. They are able to get the support of the teams and are good leaders. Good managers can get the team members to achieve the targets assigned to them while giving them a clear direction and career path to follow.

However there will always be situations that they are unable to handle. In those cases, they should be able to escalate it and take the right help at the right time.
