Business models define the basis that how a company sales its product or services to its customer base and earns revenue. If there are any changes in any of the factors like customer preferences etc. then Company needs to change themselves accordingly and may be in the due Process may need to completely change their business model to stay competitive in the market.

They are not ingrained in the Company Culture but you can say that Company Culture revolves around the Business model for sure. Changes in that may bring changes in Company Culture.
