Answer: Delivery a bad news is not easy, it's a difficult task because people do not want to listen the bad news. Audience will be displeased to hear the bad news. Company should state the reasons of bad news. Company should not blame customers and public for bad news, while delivering bad news, company should make the customers feel good about continuing business with company. Company should apologize for bad news.

Five main goals when delivery bad news: Are as following:

  1. Convey the bad news
  2. Gain acceptance for it
  3. Maintain as much goodwill as possible
  4. Maintain a good image of your company
  5. Reduce the need for future corresponding on the matter.
