In this case the supplier, in his capacity as a plaintiff, will get a default judgment against both Golddust Inc. and Paulos.

A default judgment is a binding judgment that is issued by a court usually in favor of plaintiff when the defendant fails to respond to a court summons or fails to appear in court. The damages of $500 (i.e. the amount owed) will be included in the default judgment. The plaintiff is the creditor in this case and the defendant will be found guilty because it never entered a defense.
