Burges Salmon operates in the following seven sectors:

energy

financial services

infrastructure

private wealth

public sector

real estate

transport

Of these sectors, infrastructure, energy, financial services sectors will be the most profitable in the coming 5 years.

Due to the great economic downturn that our global economy experienced due to COVID-19 outbreak, sectors like real estate, transport will be really hard hit and the downfall has already started as we stand in April 2020. Automobile sales has seen a huge slump in sales, real estate projects have come to a halt, private wealth might also suffer due to individuals' low level of income and savings during this period (salary cuts, slashed employment etc)
