1. Confidentiality: Employees must maintain secrecy of important information and not divulge it to rivals or competitors at all costs.
2. Objectivity: All key decisions should not be biased or subjective. Infact, each decision should be objectively analyzed to make it free from bias.
3.Concern for others: All professional should focus on well being of fellow professionals.
4. Loyalty: In business loyalty should be paramount and trading valuable information for money or other gifts should be avoided.
