The start of modern form of Islamic financial and banking was reported in late 70s but the Islamic finance can be tracked with start of Islam. Due to prohibition of interest income, the Islamic finance uses different method of profit earning. The Islamic finance has reported very high growth from last few years due to high growth in business in Islamic countries.

Many Islamic countries like Bangladesh have shown high growth in net business of Islamic bank. Some major advantage of Islamic finance are :

• High amount of inheritance business ethics
• Large market potential ( large Islamic population )
• High political support
