Negotiation can be defined as a strategiv way of discussions between two parties, who were having different opinions about reaching to a common agreement, there by understanding views and settling the difference to amicably agree on a common decision point.

This is a process of discussions thru expression of views, data, arguements between the parties and to understand with an aim to reach to a common solution agreeable for both the parties with out any further conflict of interest.
