Dealer type of financial market is best suited to expanding internationally because in dealer’s market trading happens through dealer networks and it is fully electronic. In this market, no trading take place on physical trading floor and it’s operating through a telecommunications network.

Auction type of financial market is not best suited to expanding internationally because buying and selling take place between investors in an auction form and it requires a physical trading floor.
