Answer #1

Electronic banking is a method of conducting the banking online and it is also associated with a large number of shortcomings so even if it is done in developed countries, it will have shortcoming but it will have more limitations in developing countries, because these developing countries are less transparent in nature and there is a high level of corruption and the banks are also not fairly disclosing their books of accounts so these banks are often trying to manipulate their books of account as well as they are not lending to the right borrowera who have better creditworthiness instead they are lending to those borrowers who are influential in nature, so I think that e banking is more perfect in developed nation.

I consider Iraq as a developing country where as Turkey as a developed nation and I think there is more transparency in management of electronic banking in Turkey than Iraq.
