To specific internal factors that influence customer to purchase Apple products are as follows-

A. Herding behaviour-since Apple has a large market share and large number of investors are using Apple products so consumer will be following the head and buy the product to feel himself that he is also the part of the herd.

B. Status symbol-various people in India particularly believe that the Apple product are related to status symbol and even if the product is not offering that much quality, they will go after the brand and buy it as it is a veblen good.
