Multinational situation:-

Basically multinational is defined as a business that has operations in several countries. While working in MNCs everyone finds difficult because of many reasons. Many a time situation occurs in which people feels dillema in their decisions.

For Example:- You are planning to go out for your family dinner at tonight with your relatives and family members at 10 pm and suddenly your manager called you in cabin and want you to work for whole night because of urgent need in the office and this work is not yours. Now in such situation one need to take a decision whether to go for family lunch or not. Because manager gives you the choose to go at home.

This situation help you to understand what is more important in current situation.

If one has a managerial skills than person will tackel the situation easily which is very much needed in corporates.
