To build credibility with investors, there is need of timely communication from the company to the investors on the various ongoing events which can impact the value of the company. We will establish clear rules and regulations for various committees related to appointment of senior management, auditors, salaries for key management persons so that there is no conflict and misuse of the investors money,

I will try to have at least quarterly conference call with investors to tell them about the company's ongoing business, outlook, major events etc and also solve their issues
