In the given question Kim agrees to pay $50 to Pairs if he mow Kim's yard on the weekedn. Although there is no response for the same by Pairs. so there is no counter promise or offer made by Pairs. Here it is unilateral contract as it satisfies and explains the defination of unilateral contract.
