Five obligation of seller under contract of sales of goods act in Ghana are as follows

A.the most important application of the seller is to transfer the ownership of the goods and deliver the goods.

B.Seller may also agree to package all label the goods in certain way and it will be the obligation on the part of seller.

C. Seller should confer the title of goods free from any security interest or other lien or claim.

D. Seller must arrange matters with the bailee, if the possession of the goods is which the third party so that the buyer take the possession

E. Sellerss should deliver the goods within a reasonable period of time after the contract is made.
