Five obligation of seller under contract of sales of goods act in Ghana are as follows-

A)the most important application of the seller is to transfer the ownership of the goods and deliver the goods.

B)seller may also agree to package or label the goods in certain way and it will be the obligation on the part of seller

C)seller should confer the title of goods free from any security interest or other lien or claim

D) Seller must arrange matters with the bailee, if the possesion of the goods is with the third party so that the buyer take the possession

E)sellers should deliver the goods within a reasonable period of time after the contract is made.
