The demographics can be best used to identify the different income brackets of the people in a particular area or geography it operates in. For example if the majority of people come from the lower income groups in a particular areas, then the leader can focus of giving the most basic amenities as which suits that particular segment of society. He/she can frame the budget based on the number of people of a percentage of people that represent each segment of the society.
