  1. Low quality products have affected the demand for Marks & spencers products.
  2. Poor and lack of availability in its stores.
  3. Out of date supply chain.
  4. Company is facing lawsuits related to product standards that is also decreasing the demand of the product because brand value is affected due to these factors.
  5. Rising raw material prices has increased the prices of final products that is also a reason of decreasing demand.
  6. Customers' liking towards competitors' products also have decreased the demand of Marks & spencers products.
