Arbitration (in general)- It is a process of resolving disputes between investors or shareholders and brokers or between the brokers. This is taken care by Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Arbitration is like lawsuit and hearings are taken place.

  • Derivatives
  • Sovereign finance
  • Investment banking disputes
  • Disputes related to international trading
  • Disputes related to advisory matters and asset management.
