The post COVID era has brought many changes to the macro environment. The biggest among of these changes is Social distancing.

Companies have started adopting to social distancing norms. Let's take the hospitality and restaurant sector for example. They have increased the seating distances, no contact serving of foods, Improved sanitization.

We can also observe no contact delivery in case of online shopping. People are not feeling as comfortable as before to go out and shop, so many businesses have started adopting to go online, set up their own e-commerce.

A major change is seen in the educational sector, with schools and university closing, many of the schools have shifted to the online mode of education. Which is safe and at the same time education is delivered.

All these changes are centred towards Social distancing, which has become a new normal during covid-19.
