i)Manual book keeping has a lower upfron cost and relatively easy to maintain.

ii)there is no delay due to power or internet outages and there are no risk of sensitive information being hacked online.

iii)When using a manual acounting system,you do not have to worry about duplication errors.

iv)You do not have to worry about documentation as the base of manual accounting is documentation.
