During a cyber attack, the cyber attacker may take control of the computer systems and this might result in disruption of the normal course of business and might lead to loss of working hours. This is an example of a general loss wherein the productivity of human resource have been affected due to cyber attack.

Since the working hours affected and wages are know and average productivity can be calculated, we may determine the loss basis the lost hours and the productivity loss which may have resulted in loss of revenues.
